Company vision and values add no significance to the work environment if they are not truly and sincerely shared by every member of the team, and fully integrated in our way of doing things and in creating our culture. This is why we are particularly proud to have been recognized, on two occasions, as an employer of choice, through a study conducted jointly by Hewitt and Queens University. This particular study focuses on measuring the level of engagement of the employees. To us, obtaining such positive results directly from the employees’ feedback – as opposed to a questionnaire filled by Human Resources - tells the bottom line story, providing an answer to “the million dollar question”: are our employees happy to come to work every day?... Making “the top 20 list” twice provided proud and gratifying moments for everyone, and solidified the organization’s drive to never lose sight of the importance of the well-being of our people and the quality of our work environment.
